No Match Found

If Verification Services does not display any matches for the student and you could not find any degree information for the student in your school’s system, you can close the request as “no record found.”

1. Click on a student’s name.

2. On the Review Verification page, Verification Services automatically searches for and displays any potential student matches for your review. If you find no matching record AND you do not have the student’s degree listed in your school’s system, check “None. There is no degree information in our records for this individual.”


The verification response sent back to the requestor will state that the degree was unable to be confirmed.

3. If you’d like to add a message, type it under “Comment.”

4. Click Submit >.
